Located on Biscayne Island on the popular Venetian Islands, this stunning contemporary luxury home offers over 9,600 sq. ft. of Miami lifestyle! With 6,612 sq. ft. of interior under air conditioning living, two-car garage, over 1,030 sq. ft. of covered terrace space, over 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of South Beach and Downtown Miami, and a private boat dock.
This six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom residence has open living and dining areas. The fusion of outdoor and indoor living space is achieved thanks to the 10 ft. telescopic sliding doors that open to a luxurious entertaining summer kitchen and pool deck.
The architect opted for all trimless downlights to complement the minimalistic design of the house with our Minigrid In Trimless and Grid In Trimless luminaires.
